Bathe in the beauty of summer with this custom herbal box. In 2024 I’m proud to offer a seasonal collection of light soap with french green clay, a tea blend, yarrow tincture (see below for applications), skin toner, and itch cream, and an all purpose healing balm made with backyard herbs.
Cool Me Off Summertime Tea - 2 oz
Almond + coconut oil soap, with french green clay - unscented. 1 bar. Comes with resuable soap saver bag.
Itch Away - 1 oz. Banish bites and itches by applying a smudge from this tin. Made with skin-healing and itch-soothing herbs (calendula, jewelweed, plantain, yarrow), this salve will quickly help calm your skin. My family even uses this to quell the rage of poison ivy!
Yarrow Toner - 2 oz. Formulated with flowers of blue butterfly tea and freshly dried yarrow in a base of witch hazel, this cooling toner will cleanse and soothe your skin in hot weather. Yarrow will help tighten skin and shrink pores while also cleansing. It is one of my favorite plants to work with because it is so versatile and useful for a range of different applications.
Yarrow Tincture 2 oz. - Yarrow is known for its healing strength; it can assist in blood clotting, clean stains from teeth, and act as an insect repellent when applied topically.
Backyard Balm 4 oz. - This is a medicine cabinet staple, all weather, all ailment remedy. Made with a blend of coconut and olive oils, the herbs therein are infused over months and months - plantain, comfrey, calendula, elderflower, and yarrow. The long process helps the healing constituents of these plants to be released into the oil, which is then blended with a smidge of beeswax to help it solidify. I use this as a natural neosporin, for dry skin, for rashes and bites, and as a lip balm in dry weather.
