roots
Herbalism is a living prayer, and its application honors our foremothers, whether or not they personally taught us. The practice of herbalism aligns us seasonally and at the cellular level to the place we inhabit. Through my herbal practices I am inspired to connect with the place I live and the inhabitants with whom I share it. I invite you to experience this connection, too. All of my products are homemade and many ingredients are homegrown as well. I offer you the highest quality I can find and produce, with a prayer for your longevity and health.
While I played in the yard and spent my childhood playing outside with plants, I have been working with herbs since I began gardening in 2014. Learning how to work with them has been a slow processes for me, but when I began to share my labors with friends, I was met with incredible enthusiasm and support. Now Iām ready to share these creations with those beyond my inner circle.
Pure Essential Oils
I rarely use essential oils, but for products in which I do, I use only high quality organic oils.
Seasonal Plants
Most of the plants I use are homegrown. If I purchase an ingredient, it is organic and from a reputable company.
Flowers
I grow many, many flowers, and gather more throughout the regions I hike and explore.
Oils & Butters
Oils and butters are in each ingredient list. I use the ones I find most gentle on the skin.
Beeswax
I purchase beeswax in bulk for homemade candles, salves, balms, and more. As an aspiring beekeeper, one day I hope to include beeswax from my own hives.
